End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Local Web Wizards LLC DBA Mobile Home Guys ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 21720 South Tamiami Trail, Estero, FL 33928.

By accessing or using Dashboard Heaven at mhgkpi.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dashboard Heaven is a business intelligence dashboard platform that provides:

• Executive, sales, marketing, financial, support, and customer success dashboards.
• Integration with third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online.
• Data visualization and business metrics tracking.
• Reporting and analytics capabilities.

3. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
• View, analyze, and export your business data through the Service.
• Connect authorized third-party accounts to the Service.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Local Web Wizards LLC DBA Mobile Home Guys and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service, including data from third-party integrations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCAL WEB WIZARDS LLC DBA MOBILE HOME GUYS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Local Web Wizards LLC DBA Mobile Home Guys and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Local Web Wizards LLC DBA Mobile Home Guys regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
